FORGED COMPONENTS

Forging is a manufacturing process that involves shopping of metal using localised compressive force.


This process is mainly used for manufacturing of complex parts which otherwise would be very expensive to produce through the conventional turning process.


At M/S Nirav Engg Works we hot forge components ranging from 10 grams to 1000 grams & provide the same duly machined.

 

PRESSED COMPONENTS

Stamping is a process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool & die surface forms the metal into a net shape.


We manufacture components ranging from 0.2mm thickness to 5mm thickness.
