Braided flexible are generally used for me for the transfer of high current when movement or vibration is present.
Braided flexibles are machine braidedsingle wires that are woven together.
They are either flat or round. The ends of these braids are mechanically pressed or crimped to the connectors.
Most important property of braided flexibles is their flexibility.
This Flexibility:
1. Provides movement at all places
2. Absorbs vibration
3. Provides correction of installation tolerance.
